Learning to Breathe

             by Karen Zhang 20'

As senior year looms in the horizon, I find myself holding my breath. I count the seconds until the bell rings. The decimals on my GPA. The disappointing score on my SAT.  I wait and I wait and I wait until my fingernails itch for something solid to hold on to. The world spins until I take my next breath. To everyone who is reading this: keep breathing.
